Arturo Prins – Buenos Aires, 1972

He is the producer and director of 7 short films and 6 feature-length documentaries and 1 fiction movie and Freelance commercial Director.
He has a Bachelor in Fine Arts by the Complutense University of Madrid.

He did a workshop with Thomas Vinterberg, the creator of DOGMA 95 for “Cinexplora TOYOTA”. He was awarded with a scholarship Second Award of Toyota to study in the European Film College of Denmark.

The Ministry of Culture of Spain through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has purchased the rights to the short film “Strike 2” to be shown in all Spanish embassies in the world for ten years.

He has worked and collaborated in various advertising agencies as an Art Director Saatchi & Saatchi, Contrapunto and Ruiz Nicoli, filming advertisement spots.

​His documentary film “Autopsia de un Amor” was selected for the nominations of the 2016 Goya Awards for best documentary.

Their meeting was the same day and month that JLG decided to die, but two years before. However, fate had a surprise prepared for him: Godard was reborn as a child in Buenos Aires. Now, the painter undertakes a journey through the filmmaker’s thoughts, remembering his latest “Socialist Film”, and the letter he dedicated to the director of the Cannes Festival, while he tries to meet one last time with the genius reborn in that city. This strange film letter, is a stimulating and revulsive farewell that celebrates the life and work of a master of the seventh art.
